Cartridge 技术特性 [ + ]
先导控制式，平衡滑阀结构溢流阀为常闭压力调节阀。当进口（口1）压力达到阀设定值，阀开始向油箱（口2）溢流，节流以调节压力。此类阀压力调节精度高，压力波动随流量变化小，并且调节平稳，噪声小，响应速度适中。
- 所有2口溢流阀（除了先导溢流阀）在尺寸和功能上可互换（如：给定的外形结构尺寸阀拥有相同的流道，相同的插孔）。
- 配置EPDM密封圈的插装阀可用在磷酸酯液压油系统。暴露在石油基液压油或润滑油脂中会损坏密封圈。
- 可在口2接受最大压力；适合应用在交叉端口的溢流油路中。如果应用在交叉端口的溢流油路中，请考虑滑阀泄漏。
- 主级的阻尼孔被150微米的不锈钢滤网保护。
- 因为滑阀的泄漏，不适合使用在负载锁紧应用中。
- 油箱口（口2）处的背压直接以1:1的比例增加到阀的设定值上。
- W和Y控制方式是可以指定或不指定特定设定值。当没有特定值设定要求时，将采用标准设定，并全范围可调。当按特定值设定时，这个特定值将会代表阀的最大设定值。
- 耐腐蚀螺纹插装阀是设计用在易腐蚀环境中且阀型号带后缀/AP以用来区分。（参考下面选项）。这些阀的阀体是用带钛或铜的不锈钢来制造。内部零件是由与标准阀件相同的碳钢含铅合金制造。更多的细节，请参考结构材料页面。
- 利用Sun浮动结构减少由于过量安装扭矩或插孔/插装阀加工误差带来的内部零件粘结的可能性。

- Important: Carefully consider the maximum system pressure. The pressure rating of the manifold is dependent on the manifold material, with the port type/size a secondary consideration. Manifolds constructed of aluminum are not rated for pressures higher than 3000 psi (210 bar), regardless of the port type/size specified.
