This can be accomplished by incorporating the hydraulic circuit into a single custom manifold using Sun Hydraulics screw-in cartridge valves. These complex custom solutions are a way of differentiating your equipment and machinery from that of your competitors.

It often takes some time to design a complex manifold with many cartridges and it is critical that the circuit be well thought out. Sometimes, it makes sense to "bread board" the circuit first, using standard line mount manifolds. Once the circuit has been proven, the cartridges can be incorporated into a custom valvepak specifically designed to house that circuit. Port, mounting features and surfaces and cartridge locations can be specified for optimum operator and/or maintenance convenience.
